Garden & Culinary Program Manager

Blue Watermelon Project is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support school-based gardening and classroom culinary programming that connects students with hands-on learning about food, gardens, nutrition, and healthy cooking. This role will oversee program planning and implementation, coordinate with schools and community partners, support educators and volunteers, and ensure engaging, well-organized programming across multiple schools and community settings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for food education, school gardening, and experiential learning. They are comfortable managing multiple programs, relationships, systems, and deadlines, and enjoy creating positive, hands-on learning experiences for students, educators, volunteers, and community partners.
